Joe Thayer

Joe Thayer is a property management consultant for Coldwell Banker Land-de Wilde Realty. He manages both residential and commercial properties, and specializes in commercial rentals, residential leasing, and vacation rentals. In addition, he also manages the sales and listings of commercial properties.

Joe brings more than twenty years of real estate experience to Coldwell Banker Land-de Wilde Realty. For eight years, Joe and his wife owned and operated a large real estate office in south Florida. Wanting to make St. Croix their permanent home, they sold the real estate business and moved to St. Croix. Joe has a business administration degree from the University of Miami.

When Joe is not managing property, you can usually find him fishing or on the golf course.
