Marilyn Lockwood

Marilyn Lockwood is no stranger to the real estate industry or to island properties. Originally from Central California, she started her successful career in 1969 in Hawaii where she lived for more than thirteen years. Having developed a passion for selling real estate, Marilyn was quick to resume her real estate work when she and her family moved to St. Croix in 1976.

Now she has lived on St. Croix selling real estate since 1977. She knows the island, its communities, and specific properties. She enjoys working with both residents and second home buyers. Over the years Marilyn has been named as “Top Producer” and has worked with many developers to market several subdivisions. She has developed many quality professional contacts and knows the St. Croix real estate market.

Marilyn is a real St. Croix booster. She believes it is a great place to live and raise children. Don’t get her started talking about her son, Charlie, and his educational and life experiences growing up here in St. Croix unless you have extra hours to spare. Her own leisure activities center around the natural features of Caribbean living and include tennis, snorkeling, sailing and golf.
